Because we are prioritizing and shipping all Cap & Gown orders - including keeper, rental, and faculty - based on ceremony date, the Cap & Gown order status tool has been disabled. You can expect orders to be delivered two or fewer days prior to graduation ceremony dates.

We are unable to expedite orders without putting other orders at risk of missing ceremony dates.

If you are within five days of graduation and do not have visibility to the status of your order, please escalate to your Sales leader and Customer Service Representative.
