Virtual Ceremony

Given the continuing challenges of closed campuses and canceled graduations, celebrating and recognizing the Class of 2021 is as important as ever.

Herff Jones, In collaboration with Stage Clip and MarchingOrder, is pleased to continue to offer a best in class commencement solution that provides colleges and universities, along with High Schools, a proven, and easy to implement a platform to recognize this year’s Graduations.

Please fill in your information below to receive a contract to start the process for your very own virtual commencement.

What are the deadlines to register, submit student list, and content collection?

• To lock in your date, Please request a contract and return sign at your earliest possible convenience. Please allow, at a minimum, of 34 calendar days from your ceremony for setup and production.
• 17 Days to Graduation – Submit all student names and confirm pronunciation for professional recording, if desired.
• 7 Days to Graduation – Final deadline for student-submitted videos.
• 48 Hours to Graduation – “Publish” graduation for final video production.

Can the virtual commencement be live?

All speech clips must be pre-recorded, but can be streamed “as live” via YouTube Premier.

Can we host the virtual commencement on our school website?

Yes, the ceremony is broadcast as a Premiere on your institution YouTube channel. This can be embedded on your school website. In addition, the broadcast will be shown on your dedicated StageClip ceremony website where students can also search up their individual recognition clips.

Is it possible to start this process and convert to a live ceremony? Or start this with a live option and switch to a virtual ceremony?

Yes, Both options are something that we are prepared to help you transition.
